Announcing The Spark’s ChatGPT Workshop Series

In response to community demand for education on new technology, The Spark of Hudson is proud to announce an upcoming workshop series on ChatGPT.

Lead by Caitie Hilverman, a Hudson-based data scientist and PhD in Psychology, this five-part series will cover the basics on how ChatGPT works, and how to use it in a variety of capacities including writing, personal organization, and lesson planning.

WHAT IS CHATGPT?

ChatGPT is a generative AI (artificial intelligence) program that can process and generate human-like language, making it an ideal tool for writing, research, and executive skills. It produces contextually appropriate responses based on the wealth of data online.

Due to its capacity for continuous learning, adaption and self-improvement, ChatGPT has significant implications for a wide range of industries, from customer service to content creation.

The rise of ChatGPT has been controversial, and its full impact on human communication—on and offline—remains to be seen. What is clear is that a working knowledge of this new technology can greatly benefit The Spark of Hudson community. Whether you’re interested for professional or personal reasons, or simply curious about new technology, we’d love to have you.
