The Eutopia Program for Innovation in our Community (EPIC Grants) is a new funding opportunity designed to support bold, creative ideas that benefit Hudson residents. Funded by the Eutopia Foundation and fiscally sponsored by The Spark of Hudson, this program provides grants ranging from $500 to $5,000 to individuals and organizations ready to bring innovative projects to life.
Who Should Apply?
EPIC Grants are open to individuals and organizations with a strong idea for a community-driven project—whether it's entirely original or adapted from a successful model. There are no income restrictions, and we encourage applications from those who may not otherwise have the resources to launch their ideas.

Here are a few examples of the types of initiatives we might fund:
Community Tool Library
A local nonprofit creates a tool-lending library where Hudson residents can borrow equipment for home repairs, gardening, and creative projects, making resources more accessible and reducing waste.
Youth-Led Storytelling Project
An individual launches a program where Hudson teens interview and document the stories of older residents, preserving local history while fostering intergenerational connections.
Pop-Up Repair Café
A local maker organizes monthly repair events where volunteers help community members fix broken household items, reducing waste and promoting sustainability.
Multilingual Resource Hub
A local nonprofit or community member creates a centralized hub of translated resources and in-person support for Hudson’s diverse immigrant communities, helping residents access essential services, job opportunities, and civic engagement tools.
