• Two-floor residential space on Warren Street.

• Seven suites with en suite bathrooms.

• Communal kitchen and living space.

• Resident Assistant:

• A graduate of Columbia Greene and currently a Registered Nurse in Hudson lives on-site to provide support and oversee the program.

• Rent is significantly below market rate at just $150 per month (including utilities)

• This initiative aims to relieve financial burdens on students, allowing them to focus on their studies and thrive in their educational pursuits.

• Communal Living:

• The communal housing setup promotes collaborative support among students.

• Shared responsibilities in academics, transportation, and meal sharing are encouraged to create a supportive community.

Eligibility and Application:

• Enrollment Requirements:

• Open to both full-time and part-time students.

• Must maintain enrollment in at least two courses in a local education or healthcare program.

• Duration:

• Students can live in the suites for up to two years while enrolled in the program, beginning in September 2024.
