HudsonNEST is a communal housing program for students enrolled in education or healthcare programs local to Hudson. Applications are now open for September 2024.
Program Details:
Accommodation:
Two-floor residential space on Warren Street.
Seven suites with en suite bathrooms.
Communal kitchen and living space.
Resident Assistant:
A graduate of Columbia Greene and currently a Registered Nurse in Hudson lives on-site to provide support and oversee the program.

Subsidized Rent:
Rent is significantly below market rate at just $150 per month (including utilities)
This initiative aims to relieve financial burdens on students, allowing them to focus on their studies and thrive in their educational pursuits.
Communal Living:
The communal housing setup promotes collaborative support among students.
Shared responsibilities in academics, transportation, and meal sharing are encouraged to create a supportive community.
Eligibility and Application:
Enrollment Requirements:
Open to both full-time and part-time students.
Must maintain enrollment in at least two courses in a local education or healthcare program.
Duration:
Students can live in the suites for up to two years while enrolled in the program, beginning in September 2024.
