• Location: Two-story residence on Warren Street with seven private suites, each featuring an en suite bathroom, plus shared kitchen and living areas.

• Resident Assistant: An on-site RN and Columbia-Greene graduate offers support and oversees the community.

Eligibility:

• Open to full-time or part-time students taking at least two courses in a local education or healthcare program.

• Residency is available for up to two years during enrollment.
