Building History
Located at 502 Union Street in the heart of Hudson's historical district, The Spark of Hudson headquarters is a beautifully renovated three-story, mid-century building that originally served as a tobacco and confectionery warehouse. In our renovation, we prioritized preserving as much of the original structure as possible while ensuring the building is environmentally friendly. Designed by architect Joanie Tom, our all-electric headquarters features beveled brick, a green roof, ample natural lighting, and a highly coveted skyline view.
