CREATE Council on the Arts is a not-for-profit, arts service organization. Our purpose is to broaden and enrich the quality of life in Greene, Columbia & Schoharie Counties by developing and strengthening the arts by fostering cultural and arts related activities through grant administration and supportive resources. Our unique and primary role in the region as the arts council is to provide individual artists and small to mid-sized arts organizations with funding opportunities and to serve as a connector throughout the creative community.
