Join The Soft Spot NY for a rooftop yoga class and diaper drive at 9am on Monday, July 14th at The Spark of Hudson. Amanda Huggins of Lava Yoga will be leading us in a free outdoor class on The Spark’s rooftop deck. 

Please bring a new, unopened package of diapers or pull-ups for donation. Lava Yoga will provide mats.

Your donations will benefit our local National Diaper Bank Network members - the Berkshire Community Diaper Project and The Food Pantries for the Capital District. 

Registration is capped at 20 spots, with a waitlist available.
