Hudson Drama Club is a new theatre collective bringing together artists and neighbors who are drawn to musical theatre and classic drama—not for profit, but for passion. Together we study the work, reimagine it, and explore what it means to live inside these stories as artists and collaborators.
Through weekly practice, rehearsal, and conversation, we are cultivating a creative space that is:
Professional in craft
Generous in spirit
Queer-inclusive and expansive
Collaborative rather than hierarchical
Process-oriented as much as product-driven
A Founding Gathering & Call to Artists
The Hudson Drama Club is convening its first gathering, and we are inviting local artists of all kinds to join the conversation.
We welcome actors, singers, musicians, dancers, dramaturgs, directors, composers, designers, poets, stage managers, and theatrical dreamers interested in exploring musical theatre and classic drama together.
If you feel drawn to theatre not for profit but for passion, we invite you to join us.
