Daniel 'Dan' Mahar is the Broker and Owner of Mahar Real Estate, an independent brokerage known for creative marketing and bold storytelling. Before real estate, he spent ten years as a stand-up comedian, headlining at Gotham Comedy Club and touring the country. Those years on stage taught him how to connect with any audience and how to hold their attention. Prior to that Dan graduated from Pace University in 2009, having led the 2008 and 2009 Model UN teams to award winning seasons. Now he draws on that mix of performance, communication, and leadership to teach a class on how to speak with purpose, cut through the 'noise,' and truly reach your audience.
