The Spark of Hudson is dedicated to sparking curiosity and nurturing a thriving community. Our new headquarters - The Spark Building at 502 Union Street - serves as a hub of creativity and innovation. It is the home of our sliding scale coworking space CoLab, Circles bagels, and a variety of spaces available for events and gatherings.
We’ve incubated several community initiatives at The Spark, with our main initiatives focused on affordable housing (Hudson Dots), a small city universal basic income pilot (HudsonUP), communal housing for healthcare students (HudsonNEST), and a skilled trades educational and workforce development program (HudsonSTEP). We invite you to visit, connect, and learn togetherl
The Spark Building: Learn Together
Located in the heart of downtown Hudson, The Spark Building serves as a vibrant community center, educational hub, and event space. We collaborate with local organizations to offer innovative programming, foster connections, and spark curiosity, all with the goal of helping Hudson thrive. Explore our coworking space, enjoy a treat at Circles Bagels, or host your next event in our welcoming spaces.
We are excited to announce that Circles, led by founder and chef Tepper, has opened a bagel counter in The Spark! Known for their delicious sourdough bagels and popular pop-ups at Lil Deb’s Oasis, Circles shares our commitment to community and workforce development. Check out a sweet write-up of Circles in Chronogram, along with a shoutout about our youth apprenticeship program in partnership with Friends of Hudson Youth. Circles is open Friday through Monday, from 9am to 2pm (or whenever they run out of bagels!). Come check them out!
